You will receive an 'RYA Shop Order Acknowledgement' email from us shortly confirming your order details above.
If you've bought an eBook you'll also receive a 'Thank you for your RYA eBook Order' email with instructions on how to download and access your eBook.
If this is the first time you've bought an eBook from our shop then you'll also be sent a 'Your RYA eBook App Password' email for you to be able to log into your new RYA eBook account that has been set up.
Although these emails should be pretty instant please allow 12 hours for them to come through and check your junk folder before contacting us.
If you receive incorrect or faulty goods, please return them within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

All eBooks are non-refundable. If you've purchased a duplicate copy of an eBook you already own, you won't receive further email confirmations or eBook instructions. Download your eBooks using the RYA Books app – read RYA eBooks: How to Guide for full instructions. Please note that your RYA Books app username is your email address. You can reset your password by clicking "Forgotten Your Password?" on the app's login screen.
