This workshop is aimed to help develop your club volunteering plan. At the end you will have an understanding of your clubs volunteering challenge, as well as an ambition statement with a list of actions and timelines to help you get there. 

Plans work best when collaborating with those around you we strongly recommend that you involve your committee members when evolving this plan.
