Maintaining Member Engagement Forums

As we mentioned in September's edition of Clubroom, this year it's more important than ever to consider how you will keep your members active and engaged over the winter months.

A number of people will keep sailing which is fantastic, however for many of your members the winter months will mean less boating.

The Maintaining Member Engagement Club Development Forum will be an opportunity to explore why this is important, what other clubs are doing to address this challenge and to share ideas with other clubs.

Sessions will be led by your Regional Development Officer and will include a short presentation followed by break out groups to allow time for discussion with other club volunteers.
