​As a Seasonal Sailing Instructor you will be delivering both a range of sailing in a range of different craft as well as various land based outdoor activities. From Problem Solving and Archery through to Sailing our new Dufour Drakkar 24's and our range of single and double hander dinghies, there is plenty to keep you entertained. We aim to train our Seasonal Sailing Instructors in as many different activities as possible; a bonus for us as you can cover a greater range of activities but also a plus for you, as you get a much broader level of experience.

This role will require you to hold an in date RYA dinghy instructor qualification, but please remember that you don't need any previous experience to get on-board with Essex Outdoors at our other centres as a Multi Activity Instructor. Experience & Qualifications:

Essential:
