OnBoard is the RYA’s national programme for children’s sailing and windsurfing. It gives your club or centre a proven framework to attract and retain young people by focusing on fun, adventure, and personal development alongside learning to sail or windsurf.
The programme is open to all RYA Training Centres and provides:
Branded resources, lesson cards and activity templates to make sessions easy to deliver
A strong national identity that schools, parents and funders recognise and trust
A clear progression pathway into the RYA Youth Sailing Scheme and club membership
