Sail Measurer Qualification Requirements
The RYA can train anyone to become a Sail Measurer. There are no pre-entry requirements to this qualification.
A Sail Measurer will have displayed a good understanding of the Equipment Rules of Sailing, Class rules and the techniques by which certification control can be undertaken.
All applicants will be required to meet the criteria below:-
- Members of the RYA
- Age 18 or over
- An experienced racing sailor
- An email user with internet access
- UK passport holder (or have principal residence in the UK).
