Discover Sailing Developer
Do you want to help increase club membership and start sailing course participation?
We are looking to bring together a small team of contractors who will play a key role in delivering pilot projects that support affiliates and training centres with delivering successful Discover sailing events. This team will work directly with clubs and or RTC’s (Recognised Training Centres) to enhance the planning, delivery and follow‑up of Discover Sailing open events.
Drawing on your experience, you will act as the “boots on the ground” - providing practical, hands‑on support to ensure clubs have the confidence, skills and tools they need to create a welcoming sailing environment and successfully transition newcomers into long‑term members.
