What to do if you’re worried

If someone is in danger, call 999 or 112, for the Police or an ambulance.

For young people, aged 18 or under

If you’re worried or upset, it’s important to talk to someone that you trust. That could be a parent, a carer, or the Welfare Officer at your club, class, or training centre. The name and contact details of your Welfare Officer should be on your club, class or training centre’s noticeboard or website.

For adults, over the age of 18

If you need someone to talk to, or if you’re worried about the safety or treatment of another person, then the below contact details should give you help and information.

If you’re concerned about the behaviour or an experience at an organised activity, then you should talk with your Welfare Officer. The name and contact details of your Welfare Officer should be on your club, class or training centre’s noticeboard or website.
