RYA North West Junior & Youth Race Series
A series of events at clubs, in the north west for all young sailors in any class of boat
Supported RYA North West region
Regional sailing events from April to October for children and young people aged 18 or younger. Events vary from 1 day to 2 days and run across the North West.
This year two of the events are joint with the North East & Yorkshire Youth Sailing Association. We will be going to Filey and they are coming to Bassenthwaite.
Prizes will be awarded as follows
- 1st Male and 1st Female for all age groups (U11, U14, U16 and U19). (More prizes maybe awarded).
- First placed double handed boat
- Team – for the club with the most qualified in the overall series.
Entry Fees
1 Day events: The entry fee for a single hander is £14. The entry fee for a double hander is £20 via on-line entry prior to the event.
2 Day events: The entry fee for a single hander is £26. The entry fee for a double hander is £36 via on-line entry prior to the event.
Entry fee includes a £3 contribution to the RYA North West Junior Traveller Series for the end of series prize giving.
