Join us for an evening with the RYA North team hosted by Adam McGovern at Southport Sailing Club to share valuable insights and take away practical tools to strengthen your activities for the future.

Open to all RYA-affiliated clubs, classes and organisations, these free 2 hour workshops will begin at 1900 with a short plenary session full of the latest updates. Next, attendees will explore one of the following topics before a group wrap up at the end of the session.

Finding Your Next Members: Right Audience, Right Offer, Clear Pathway

This interactive workshop will help your club understand how to attract and retain new members by choosing the right audience, shaping a relevant introductory offer and creating a clear pathway to membership.  You’ll leave with practical actions and an understanding of the RYA support available.

Do come along with more than one representative from your organisation, where possible, to make the most of the opportunities provided.
