This practical development day is designed to support Dinghy and Senior Instructors in strengthening their teaching skills and confidence on the water. The focus is on developing engaging, inclusive coaching techniques that make sessions more fun, purposeful, and effective.

Through a mix of practical activities and shared ideas, instructors will explore ways to better motivate young sailors and create positive learning environments. The day will also highlight how great instruction plays a key role in retaining young people in the sport, helping them stay engaged and enjoy sailing for longer.
