This year, RYA Scotland’s Annual General Meeting will take place online on Thursday 06 November 2025 at 6pm, with all RYA members domiciled in Scotland as well as representatives of affiliated clubs, associations and recognised Scottish teaching establishments welcome to attend.
As a membership organisation RYA Scotland looks after the interests of individuals, clubs, training centres and affiliates of the RYA in Scotland. Our AGM is an opportunity to hear directly from RYA Scotland’s board of directors and find out more about activity over the past year.
There is also an opportunity to submit questions in advance to be answered on 6 November.

Full details on how to access the AGM will be sent directly to those registered. Advance questions are welcome as part of the registration process.
Registration closes 24 hours ahead of the AGM, however the opportunity to share questions in advance will close a week ahead of the AGM (Thursday 30th October).
The AGM will be recorded for those who cannot attend. By attending the AGM, you consent to being recorded.
