Description:

Scribing is the ability to create a draft Protest Committee decision at the same time as hearing the evidence. It may be the hardest of the skills required of a judge, but is essential if hearing decisions are to be made promptly and efficiently.

This workshop will describe the process, illustrate this with a worked example, and then give participants the opportunity to scribe and compare their own draft decisions.
