In this 60-minute RYA Connected webinar, we’ll explore why having clear complaints handling and equality policies and procedures is recommended for clubs and other affiliates. Volunteers from RYA affiliated organisations will share their experiences, as well as RYA and external experts.

How to write policies that are practical, inclusive, and aligned with best practice.
