Description:

This is a one-day course for existing RYA Race Coaches with Levels 2 or 3. This focused course looks at delivering specific dinghy-foiling exercises and how to construct and deliver a dinghy-foiling training programme. Coaches will be both running and participating in foiling-specific exercises during the day, which will be run in Waszps.

Participants must have good dinghy foiling skills, as these will not be taught during the course.
