The day offers a wide choice of sessions covering a huge range of subjects, including; cruising to the Baltic, sailing round the UK, a VHF/DSC radio update, choosing and maintaining life-jackets, rigging checks and the care of rigging, buying and selling boats, dealing with incidents, 60 years of Westerly Yachts, the  use of defibrillators and much more.

A range of exhibitors will be there, including Fox's Yacht Sales & Chandlery who will be displaying a boat on the Parade Ground, enabling you to step aboard.  Also exhibiting will be Suffolk Marine Safety, Compass Rigging, the RNLI, Felixstowe NCI, Felixstowe independent Lifeboat, Cruising the Association, Essex Marine Police and the HM Coastguard, Holbrook.
