This short training course will enable all attendees to feel more confident working with or alongside participants and peers that are disabled. Exploring various forms of disability, the support mechanisms that are available as well as challenging common misconceptions, the session is a mix of presentation and discussions. Suitable for all staff and volunteers that are involved in delivering or supporting on water activity within the RYA schemes and network.
