Scottish Canals
Scottish Canals manage some of Scotland’s most iconic inland waterways, offering unique cruising opportunities for boaters. From the Caledonian Canal linking Inverness and Fort William via the Great Glen, to the Crinan Canal connecting the Firth of Clyde and the Western Isles and avoiding a long trip round the Kintyre peninsula, these routes provide safe, navigable passages through dramatic landscapes and historic localities. Boaters can cruise through rolling countryside and iconic scenery, with well‑maintained locks, moorings and facilities along the way. This discount will enable RYA members to book transit licences for the Caledonian and Crinan Canals at a 10% reduced rate throughout May and September 2026.
