Activities - Safety Management Characteristics

Describe all the activities you deliver that may need to be covered by a safety management system and start to think about what you already have in place

Steps

1. Become familiar with the model
2. Write down the activities your organisation delivers / are responsible for using one post it note for each activity
3. Place the activities you have written down on the quadrant of the model that is the best fit
4. Look at the list of characteristics and identify what you do and don’t have in place
