There’s just a week to go until the Southampton International Boat Show returns, bringing together thousands of boating enthusiasts for 10 days of sailing inspiration, hands-on experiences and waterside entertainment.

The show marina is home to an impressive fleet of sailing yachts, powerboats, paddlecraft and attraction vessels, with visitors able to get up close to some of the most exciting boats on the market.

Among the boats on display will be more than 20 world, UK and show debuts, offering a first look at some of the industry's most anticipated new arrivals. 

4. Experience the Andark Dive Tank 

Fancy trying scuba diving? The popular Andark Dive Tank returns with supervised diving experiences using state-of-the-art equipment.  

5. Get on the water 

Try paddleboarding and kayaking on the watersports lake with Rockley, celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2026. Equipment and expert tuition are provided, making it easy for beginners to give it a go. 

6. Try-a-Boat adventures 

Get afloat and try a range of boating experiences with organisations including FlexiSail, Clipper, Wetwheels, UKSA and Team Endeavour Racing. Best of all, these experiences are included in the ticket price. 

7. Enjoy live music and entertainment 

The Shipyard Stage will host live music throughout the show, with late-night entertainment continuing until 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays. 

8. Meet sailing legends 

The speaker programme features some of sailing's biggest names, including Sir Robin Knox-Johnston, Pip Hare, Mike Golding OBE, Jazz Turner and Tom Cunliffe, sharing stories and insights from their remarkable careers. 

9. Visit the RYA 

Come and meet the RYA team in New Wave Hall (Stand H128) for expert advice on training, qualifications, new watersports and careers in boating. The RYA's programme of talks will also highlight opportunities across the marine sector and help visitors discover their next adventure on the water. 

10. Make the most of a great day out 

With waterfront food and drink, attraction boats, expert talks and family-friendly activities, there's plenty to enjoy throughout the day. What's more, children aged 15 and under can attend for free.
