Up to 250 of the world’s best iQFOiL riders from more than 40 nations will descend on Weymouth & Portland for the Musto iQFOiL World Championship.

As title partner, Musto is supporting the event alongside its Flexlite Dynamic wetsuit collection, developed with elite sailors and foiling athletes for comfort, flexibility and performance in high-speed watersports.

As defending iQFOiL World Champion, Andy Brown knows those demands first-hand. His experience, alongside feedback from other elite athletes, has helped shape the development of Musto’s technical sailing kit.

Technical Kit for every condition 

While Flexlite Dynamic is designed for high-performance foiling and watersports, Musto’s wider Flexlite range is designed to meet the demands of different sailing conditions. 

Flexlite Alumin has been developed for colder conditions, with the Flexlite Alumin 3.0 Hikers undergoing three years of design, development and testing with the British Sailing Team. The thicker neoprene provides additional warmth while maintaining the flexibility required for dinghy sailing. 

For warmer conditions, Flexlite Vapour uses a lightweight, breathable construction designed to help regulate body temperature during high-intensity activity. Flexlite Cooling is designed for hot weather and warm-water sailing, combining stretch and sun protection with a cooling finish. 

Athlete feedback has played a key role throughout the development of the ranges. British Sailing Team sailors, including ILCA 7 European Champion Michael Beckett and 49erFX sailor Saskia Tidey, have contributed to testing and refining equipment for a range of sailing environments.
