Notice of RYA Cymru Wales AGM 2025

We are pleased to announce that the RYA Cymru Wales Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place during this year’s Big Weekend event.

Date: Saturday 11th October 2025
Time: 16:30
Location: Plas Menai National Outdoor Centre (exact room/space details to be confirmed)

The AGM is an important opportunity for members, clubs, and stakeholders to hear updates on the work of RYA Cymru Wales over the past year, review key developments, and contribute to discussions shaping the future of our sport in Wales.

All affiliated clubs and individual members are warmly encouraged to attend. The meeting will include the presentation of the Annual Report and Accounts. All relevant documents will be available to download in advance of the meeting.

We look forward to seeing many of you there as part of what promises to be an exciting and inspiring Big Weekend!

Attendance by video link will also be available with prior registration.
