The RYA Wavelength Training Conference, supported by Gallagher, brings the training community together for a day of practical insight, fresh ideas and the latest developments shaping training and instruction.
Hear the latest updates from the RYA and wider industry, learn from experienced speakers and fellow training professionals and meet with colleagues from across the training network.

This year's agenda gives you the flexibility to focus on the topics and ideas that are most relevant to you.
Alongside keynote presentations and RYA updates, you can choose from a mix of bitesize presentations and longer in-depth sessions, allowing you to create a programme that suits your interests and priorities.
Our 15-minute bitesize presentations offer practical ideas, useful insights and inspiration across a wide range of topics. During each session block, you can choose three different presentations.
If you'd like to explore a topic in more detail, our longer sessions provide more time to hear from experienced speakers, ask questions and consider how the ideas could be applied in your own role or training centre.
