Unable to login?

If you created a MyRYA account before 10 September 2025 and can no longer login with the email address you believe you created it with, you will need to reregister.

Not received a password reset email?

If you don't receive an email from us within 5 minutes of submitting your password reset request (including into your spam/junk folder) please attempt to login or request password resets for any alternative email addresses that you may have used in the past.

Still not received password resets, unable to login to your account, or your account is missing information / credentials?

If you are experiencing any of these issues it is likely that your email address(es) exist within the RYA contact database against more than one record. To enable us to connect your MyRYA account to the correct existing record (and pull through your personal details, credentials etc.) please submit a Duplicate Account Support form.
