2026 RYA Dinghy & Watersports Show gets water lovers fired up for the season

Packed with talks and expert coaching sessions across the stages and Interactive Zone and more than 180 exhibitors, there’s also plenty of interactive features for you and your family to enjoy. Sailing and watersports can lead to a life-long passion and at the RYA Dinghy and Watersports Show, there’s something to inspire everyone.
Visit the Sunsail Main Stage, Knowledge Zone and the NEW NextGen Zone to hear all of the latest updates, specialist advice, inspirational stories and Q&As with some of our best-known sailors, windsurfers, and watersports professionals.
Water-based adventures are always best shared, so why not take a break to catch up with friends, exchange new-found knowledge and compare your bargain finds over a drink at The Rockley Clubhouse? You’ll find it right at the heart of the show.
Don’t miss out on perfecting your trapezing technique. Get a taste of the trapeze by practicing your tacks as you move across the rig with instructors to guide you through.
Discover a sea of virtual reality by popping on the VR goggles! Experience the thrill of foiling, dinghy sailing and windsurfing.
There’s plenty to keep even the youngest visitors entertained throughout the weekend. As well as a whole host of interactive features and the ever-popular Treasure Hunt, you’ll also find colouring competitions, name the parts of the boat and more in the kid's area.
Our Treasure Hunt will have your little ones on the lookout for their favourite marine wildlife as you explore the exhibitor stands. Simply collect your treasure map on arrival and navigate around the show, collecting clues, stickers and treasure along the way. Complete the trail and be in with the chance to win amazing prizes from our exhibitors -including a 5 day residential package from Rockley Watersports!
Come along to the Hub to visit Pete Vincent who will be demonstrating the latest techniques for hull repairs. You’ll also meet Kitround who specialise in the redistribution and re-use of sailing and watersports clothing, Circular Flow who will showcase innovative recycling solutions of old wetsuits,and Sustainable Extrico who are leading the way in sustainable material recovery.
As always, there are plenty of boating and watersports bargains to be found across the show. And with more than 180 exhibitors this year, there’s more choice than ever before! From browsing boats and boards, to information and advice, sailing and watersports equipment, clothing and much more!
A popular new feature introduced at the 2025 show, the Tech Hub returns this year showcasing various equipment and innovations influencing race operations and dinghy sailing. From Robotic ‘MarkSetBot' race marks, tracking and scoring systems, mobile phone tracking through to onboard tech, discover it all at stand A1.
On the simulator, users take the wheel of an F50 and race around a SailGP course. The time is added to a leaderboard against SailGP athletes and other players competing for the best score.
Step into the Interactive Zone and put your skills to the test with hands-on simulators and immersive virtual experiences designed for all ages. Try your hand on the Lewmar grinding rig and enter a ‘best time’ competition to win a Musto canvas rolltop bag. Or have a go at the Marlow rope challenge to guess the length of the rope and take on the knot-tying activity to win a Marlow rope bag and splicing equipment.
Get a feeling for the future of intelligent travel at the MG Experience space – a new and exciting addition to this year’s show! Enjoy a ride in the electric intelligent SUV to appreciate the supercar power and advanced driving technologies of the MG IM6. Both days at midday, Ian Jubb of Sailboat Trailers will run a towing tips session at the MG Experience space, set to be a helpful refresh ahead of a busy racing season. MG will also have cars on display on their stand at H16 next to The Rockley Clubhouse, where their representatives can talk you through features and benefits of each model.
As well as The Rockley Clubhouse there are a range of food and drink concessions around the show. There will also be water refill points around the venue so make sure to bring your reusable water bottle with you!
Whatever your age or skillset, our experts are on hand to help you explore new sports and equip you to enjoy your time on the water. Whether you’re looking to try something new or dreaming of your children becoming life-long sailing or windsurfing enthusiasts, kickstart your on-water adventures at the show.
Want to start sailing, foiling, or wingfoiling? Head straight for the RYA stand where you’ll find everything you need to know from courses and kit to boats, boards, and clubs. Our expert team will also be on hand to talk about RYA Membership, RYA Racing Services, Youth and Junior Racing and Keelboat Sailing. The Green Blue and the Para Sailing Hub will also be on the stand.
