Notice of the RYA Northern Ireland Annual General Meeting 2025

RYA Northern Ireland invites members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place on:

🕓 6:30pm - 9:15pm
📍 Newforge Sports Complex

The AGM provides an important opportunity for members to hear updates on RYANI’s activities over the past year, review future priorities, and take part in the formal governance of the organisation.

During the meeting, members will:

• Receive the annual report and financial statements for 2024/25

• Hear from the Chair and Chief Executive on key achievements and strategic plans

• Take part in the election of Board members

• Have an opportunity to raise questions and engage in open discussion

All RYANI members are warmly encouraged to attend and participate in shaping the future of sailing and boating in Northern Ireland.

What to expect

The AGM will be held at Newforge Sports Complex on Thursday 20th November 2025. Tea, coffee, and scones will be available from 6.30pm, with the meeting beginning promptly at 7.00pm and an approximate finish time of 9.15pm.

Please complete the registration form to confirm your attendance and help us plan the event. Your responses will ensure we can prepare appropriately for all attendees and share any relevant information in advance.

Following the formal AGM business, there will be updates and discussions on key focus areas for the organisation, including our Navigating the Future Strategy and the outcomes of the recent Racing Survey.
